I also believe that it is important to set a goal and strive towards it. It is the journey towards a goal when you fail, learn, grow and achieve. When I train clients it feel it is my responsibility to make this journey as enjoyable an experience as possible.
For myself I enjoy training in the gym to keep myself fit and strong. I believe it is important to keep both the mind and the body healthy by having a balanced lifestyle and I'd like to think that I pass this onto my clients as well.

Tracy's motivation for being a Personal Trainer is to help others achieve their fitness goals and ambitions through motivation, inspiration and giving them belief in themselves.
Sport has always been part of her life and over the years has cycled in the British Masters Track Championships, represented Kent County athletics at hurdling, played netball for Surrey County, played basketball, learnt how to box and competed as a British Masters Figure competitor.
Tracy has qualifications in nutrition, life coaching, boxing and is currently studying Pre & Postnatal fitness.
