BODY-BOX (Boxing for fitness) is a group training
class where you will learn safe boxing & padwork techniques whilst experiencing aTOTAL BODY and CARDIO workout.

Q. What is
meant by safe boxing techniques?
A. Body
positioning/stance, pad handling and how to throw a punch correctly so that you don't hurt yourself or someone else
Q. What is a
total body workout?
A. All major muscles
are worked which means you get a balanced workout that will tone & firm-up your whole body. This includes your cardiovascular
system
Q.
What is meant by specific time?
A.
Each person has a different fitness level. By working a body part for say 30 seconds or a minute means that you work
as hard as YOU can for that amount of time regardless of what anyone else does. For example in 30 seconds you may perform
10 sit-ups. This is personal to you, and you can try the following week to perhaps do 12. You don't have to
tell anyone!
Q.
What do I need to wear & bring with me?
A.
Comfortable clothing and suitable footwear. You will get hot so it is a good idea to wear clothes that wick-away the
moisture. Water & a towel. I provide boxing gloves and you can purchase at cost a pair of white cotton inner
gloves (£3.00). If you would like to bring your own boxing gloves then please do - it is nice to have your own
personal pair as hands do get sweaty!
