Sport has always been a big part of my life and I hope I can share some of my enthusiasm with you.
It is a misconception that you have to be fit to train with a personal trainer. People train with
a Personal Trainer for a variety of different reasons. Some people don't like large gyms and feel intimidated by daunting
looking equipment. Others have sports specific goals and need the encouragement a personal trainer gives them. A lot
just don't know where to start and find the personal attention given to them by a personal trainer gives them confidence and
inspiration.
My motivation for being a personal trainer is helping others achieve their goals. I feel so proud of
my clients when they lose weight, run a half marathon or even get that 'last rep' out - it doesn't matter to me I just love
giving others inspiration and belief in themselves.
